Shipping Policy

 FedEx and USPS are the preferred shipping carriers for all packages from Joseph Asher Jewelry. 

Every package is shipped to you fully insured, with an adult signature necessary for delivery. Upon receipt, it is good practice to inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing. 

However, due to COVID-19, carrier policies are changing; occasionally, obtaining signatures upon delivery will be avoided in favor of driver safety or other logistics, and therefore the package will be left unattended. Joseph Asher strongly suggests to arrange for delivery when your schedule permits you to meet the delivery person.  For more information, please see the policies for Fedex and UPS.

Return Shipping 

In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, a return label will be emailed to you. Fully insured return shipping will cost $25, which will be deducted from your refund. 

In the event that you have taken advantage of the Make Sure Side By Side home trial, AND at least one item is kept, the remaining item(s) may be returned for FREE!

Signature Requirements 

Please make arrangements for someone to be at the shipping destination for delivery. 

When Will Your Order Be Shipped? 

An estimated delivery date will be listed in the confirmation email sent after your purchase is made.  

If you place your order before noon EST, Monday through Friday, your order will begin processing that same day, and in most cases, will arrive the next day.   

If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after noon EST on Monday through Friday, your order will begin processing the following business day, and arrive the next day. 

Shipping to Alternate Addresses 

If you will not be home to sign for your order, we can ship your order to your work, or another more convenient destination.  

If no one can be available to receive the package, we suggest picking up the jewelry from a local Joseph Asher Partner. (see a list of our Authorized Retail Jewelry Partners) so you may pick up your package when it is most convenient for you.
